I’m a radical thinking postpartum doula of 7 years, somatic guide, mother, and entrepreneur passionate about women, mothers, and families living the life they want to live, a life that feels truly good to them. Unapologetically! I believe this starts with receiving support, drawing out inner wisdom, building reciprocal communities, and finding presence in the body. These roots are where all of my offerings stem from.
